When the program is started, it will look to see if the Hydrology program is installed in the same directory. If it is, it will activate the Hydrology button on the drop-down menu so that this program can be directly called from the Surface water program.
The other function available on this menu is the Place name search. This accesses the same database as the Hydrology program. To perform a location search, simply enter the first few letters of the place name into the edit box, and click on OK:-
All locations within the set radius are placed in the list box, and may be examined one at a time:-
